Weight gain during pregnancy

One of the big questions that women do tend to ask is “How much weight should I REALLY gain?”.  Approximately 80% of all women are worried that they will gain too much weight, 10% are worried that they will gain too little and only the remaining 10% are happy with where they are at!  Below we have a simple pregnancy weight table that will help you get an idea of what you should be looking at.  Just remember that every pregnancy and every woman is different.  Some can gain a lot of weight (over 50lbs – 23kg), while others may gain very little (15lbs – 7kg).

Pregnancy Weight Gain Chart – How Much Pregnancy Weight Should YOU Gain?

The answer to this question is dependent on what your body weight is, or was, before your pregnancy.  Use the table below to find out if you are or were under-weight, normal, over-weight, or obese prior to your pregnancy.
